• Arrival transfers on SIC basis – Arrival transfers confirmed through Hotel on SIC basis (Seat In Coach) as per the given flight details, please advise the guest that hotel representative / driver will be waiting outside the airport in the arrival section / hall with Hotel name on placard and will escort them to the hotel.
  • Important – The drivers will wait maximum for 01Hour after the flight lands. In case if the guests are not out of the airport then our driver will leave the airport and the guests will have to make their own way to the hotel and there will be no refund for the same. Please request your guests to spend minimum time in duty free shopping.
  • Briefing upon arrival – Kindly advice the guest that, our Excursion Department Executive will call them upon arrival at hotel and shall brief them on all sightseeing’s, Pick up & Drop Timings etc. Above mentioned itinerary is a suggested itinerary which is subject to change upon arrival.
  • Sightseeing tours on SIC basis – Our drivers will come to the hotel and will look for the clients in the hotel lobby or concierge / contact them in their room / or on their UAE Cell Number. It is highly recommended that your guest waits in the hotel lobby minimum 10mins before the advised pick up time. They can also keep the concierge staff informed in advance. The drivers shall wait for maximum 10mins for all sightseeing pick up on SIC basis, please advise the guests to be available on the mentioned time as above.
  • Sightseeing tours on PVT basis / Private Point to Point transfers / Half or Full day Car Rental basis – Vehicles for sightseeing’s are confirmed as per mentioned timings, we request you to adhere to the timings strictly as the vehicles are hired as per the number of hours and we will not be responsible if there’s any cancellation / No show due to delay from clients and accordingly there will be no refund on non utilized services.
  • Hotel Check in / Check out – according to the hotel policies in UAE, the check in time is 1400hrs and check out is before 12:00 noon.
  • Special Service Request & Remarks – All special requests like early check in / late checkout, smoking / non smoking rooms, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior.
  • Complaints & Solutions – Customer Feedback Form – All complaints from the guest regarding UAE Transportation and Excursions will be handled directly by our UAE office. Kindly inform guest if they will face any problem with regards to any services they should inform our ON DUTY Executive immediately. Please request your guests to fill up the Customer Feedback Form upon completion of the tour. No grievance will be attended if feedback forms are not filled”
